BerlinCigarMen – Cigars

Berlin has always been a meeting point for different scenes. In the 1980s, punk and Neue Deutsche Welle shaped the cityscape; in the 1990s, it was raves and gangsta rap. BerlinCigarMen – Cigars

A Queer Cigar?

Sounds unusual, but in Berlin, you can find everything—including this.

BerlinCigarMen: A Cigar With Character

"Ick steh uff Berlin"—that’s how the Neue Deutsche Welle band Ideal described the capital’s unique vibe back in 1980. At that time, Berlin was divided, and the western part was shaped by a thriving alternative scene. Today, the city is synonymous with limitless possibilities and a pulsating nightlife.

Even though Berlin has become more polished and expensive, it remains a hotspot for subcultures. Whether it’s the rave scene, hip-hop, or hipster trends, every movement finds its stage here.

From a Schöneberg Bar to the World

Berlin’s queer community is especially vibrant. A group of cigar enthusiasts has come together to form the BerlinCigarMen, which proudly calls itself "Germany’s biggest gay cigar group."

On the first Friday of every month, they transform a scene bar in Nollendorfkiez into what is likely Europe's largest gay cigar lounge. As a Berlin band once aptly put it: "Elsewhere, there's a curfew—here, there's garbage collection."

BerlinCigarMen Cigars: Size Matters

Even if you don’t live in Berlin or prefer an early night, you don’t have to miss out on the perfect cigar. The BerlinCigarMen Eins is a Double Toro with an impressive 64-ring gauge. Also available in a 25-count bundle—an expression of urban subculture.
