At the Stuttgart Pipe Show 2025, we had the opportunity to meet pipe maker Antonio Lancelotti, born in 1992, in person for the first time. He was recommended to us by Angelo Fassi, who has stood for solid craftsmanship within the scene for many years.

At first glance, it quickly became clear why this recommendation was made. Lancelotti’s work stands out for its very clean craftsmanship and a clear design language in the style of the Danish pipe tradition. The lines and proportions appear balanced and reflect a good sense for classic design.

For this reason, the decision was easy to make: we secured a selection of his models directly for our range. A large part of his available pipes thus made their way to Düsseldorf. You can now discover these pieces in the assortment at RAUCHR.de.

What is remarkable is that Antonio Lancelotti has only been making pipes since the Corona lockdown in 2020. In this relatively short time, he has acquired a great deal of knowledge. Among other things, he took part in a multi-day course with the German pipe making legend Cornelius Mänz.

The craftsman comes from the Basilicata region in southern Italy. As a passionate pipe smoker, he personally favors Virginia tobacco blends, which also shapes his ideas about balanced chambers and practical shapes.

His annual production is deliberately kept small. Antonio Lancelotti currently produces only about 60 to 70 pipes per year. This makes us all the more pleased to be able to offer you a selection of these carefully crafted models at RAUCHR.de.
