Dalay Cigars – A Saarlander with Humor
Behind the label stands our esteemed fellow retailer Salih Dalay from charming Saarbrücken. He consistently demonstrates a keen sense for bringing exciting products to Germany, and his private labels have proven themselves. Engaging with like-minded people is always a pleasure, and his unconventional manner never fails to bring a smile. We are delighted to include his products in our selection.
Dominican Republic
The Dalay Dominican Republic Hell cigars are mild yet flavorful, offering fine spice notes, making them an excellent choice for beginners. Particularly striking is the unique Super Gordo format – with a ring gauge of 2.78 cm, ranking among the most impressive cigars.

What works in light also delights in dark. The Dalay Dom. Rep. Dark is mostly available as a box-pressed version and impresses with chocolatey and spicy notes.
Honduras
Following the same principle – light and dark – there is also the Honduras Hell. It is defined by the characteristic Corojo tobacco, known for its strength. The Honduras Dark, on the other hand, is milder than usual for a Maduro and offers a sweet, chocolatey note.
Dalay Cigars: No Reference to Thomas Mann
The Affentanz series from Dalay has nothing to do with the novel of the same name. Even though Thomas Mann might have enjoyed the epic promo videos, the name originates from the Tabacalera Zauberberg in the Dominican Republic. The origins of the name “Affezibbel” remain a small mystery – but education can also be entertaining.
Art and Enjoyment
The perfect fusion of art and enjoyment: With individually designed boxes by artist Giomny Alonzo from Santiago de los Caballeros, the Dalay Artisan Series becomes a collector’s item.

For a Finishing Touch: Dalay Rum
For the perfect pairing, Dalay offers the Dalay Affentanz – a refined drop that would surely appeal to the smoking gorilla on the label.
